Mason Automotive was founded on one simple principle: provide a place you can truly trust for auto repairs. The owner, Jarred, saw how some auto shops put profit before integrity and set out to change that.
He started in his home garage, treating each vehicle as if it were his own—word quickly spread. He eventually left his full-time position to fully dedicate himself to his vision. In March 2021, Mason Automotive opened its doors. By December 2022, we had outgrown our original shop and moved to a bigger place.
Today, we’re a full-service auto repair shop, but our mindset remains the same: honesty, transparency, and excellence. Do you service all vehicle makes and models?

Can I wait while my vehicle is serviced?
We do have some availability for “waiting” appointments, but it is limited to certain services and time slots. We always recommend you drop your vehicle off with us for the day, but if you need to wait, give us a call at (812) 272-7540. Due to limited availability, our online booking tool is for drop-off appointments only.
Do you offer walk-in appointments?
We do not offer walk-in appointment services. We have found that scheduling all services for specific times allows us to get customers vehicles back to them in shorter time frames and make for an overall better experience.
How can I get an update on my vehicle?
Feel free to give us a call for any updates on your vehicle. Given the nature of repairs, sometimes unexpected delays can slow down the repair process. If it looks like the vehicle will not be completed in the expected time frame, we will give you a call to allow time for accommodations to be made.
Do you offer after-hours pickup/drop-off services?
Absolutely! We have a convenient after-hours drop-off and pickup system that allows you to drop your vehicle off, make payment online or over the phone, and pick your vehicle up at a time that works for you!
